Returns & Refunds Policy

At Coastal LF, we take pride in the quality of our products. As a small business, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

However, this policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

To lodge a return request, please email Coastalf@outlook.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and any damage, where applicable

Returns should not be sent until your request has been reviewed and approved.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect choice or preference
• Items ordered in error
• Sale or clearance items (unless required under Australian Consumer Law)

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
