What is the return policy?

We want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue. We’ll assess the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Coastal LF is based in Narara on the Central Coast of NSW, and we’re happy to arrange local pickup. Please select local pickup at checkout where available, and we’ll contact you to organise a suitable collection time.

If you’re unable to collect your order, we also offer Australia-wide shipping, with free shipping on orders over $100.

Do your lamps come with different shade options?

At this stage, each lamp is supplied with the shade shown in its product photographs, and alternative shade options are not yet available.

We’re looking to expand our range to include different shades in the future. If there’s a particular colour, shape or style you would love to see, please send us an enquiry—your feedback genuinely helps shape what we offer next.
Are any purchases final sale?

As a small business, we ask that you choose carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
When will I get my order?

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully prepare and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 6–8 business days.

Most orders should therefore arrive within approximately 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary for regional or remote locations and during peak periods.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The full shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
