We want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue. We’ll assess the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Coastal LF is based in Narara on the Central Coast of NSW, and we’re happy to arrange local pickup. Please select local pickup at checkout where available, and we’ll contact you to organise a suitable collection time.

If you’re unable to collect your order, we also offer Australia-wide shipping, with free shipping on orders over $100.

Do your lamps come with different shade options?

At this stage, each lamp is supplied with the shade shown in its product photographs, and alternative shade options are not yet available.

Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The full shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
